1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or attending the AI Automation Mastery Course ("Course"), you ("Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the Course.

2. Course Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
  • Places are limited to 15 participants and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • The Course Provider reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion

2.2 Payment

  • Early bird pricing of $612 AUD applies to the first 4 registrations
  • Standard pricing of $896 AUD applies thereafter
  • All prices are inclusive of GST
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration

2.3 No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to attend due to personal circumstances
  • Change of mind
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel restrictions
  • Dissatisfaction with course content

The only circumstance under which a refund may be allocated is if the Course Provider is forced to make a change to the course schedule, see 3.2 Schedule Changes

2.4 Transfers

  • Tickets may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances

3. Course Details and Modifications

3.1 Course Content

The Course includes:

  • 14 hours of instruction across 7 days
  • 2 in-person sessions (3/251 Flinders Ln, Melbourne VIC 3000, Jenny Florence Room)
  • 2 online sessions (90 minutes each)
  • Access to course materials and software during the course period
  • 2 catered lunches
  • One month subscription to a generic A.I. chat tool such as Claude
  • Access to cohort support group

3.2 Schedule Changes

  • The Course Provider reserves the right to modify the course schedule with reasonable notice
  • Minor timing adjustments may be made without prior notice
  • In case of significant changes, participants will be notified via email at least 72 hours in advance

3.3 Minimum Attendance Requirement

This course requires a minimum of 6 enrolled participants to proceed. If fewer than 6 participants are registered by 7 days prior to the course start date, the Course Provider reserves the right to cancel the course.

In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their course fees within 14 business days.

3.4 Course Cancellation by Provider

In the unlikely event that the Course Provider must cancel the entire course for reasons other than insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered a full refund of course fees.

The Course Provider's liability is limited to the refund of course fees only.

4. Participant Responsibilities

4.1 Attendance

  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
  • Missed sessions will not be repeated or refunded
  • Course materials for missed sessions will be made available where possible

4.2 Prerequisites

  • No technical prerequisites are required
  • Participants should have access to a laptop computer for course activities
  • Basic computer literacy (web browsing, email) is assumed

4.3 Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants
  • Not record, photograph, or stream course sessions without explicit permission
  • Not share or distribute course materials outside the enrolled cohort
  • Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Course Materials

  • All course materials, including presentations, worksheets, and resources, remain the intellectual property of Fair Dinkum Systems
  • Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal educational purposes only
  • Commercial use or redistribution of course materials is strictly prohibited

5.2 Participant Work

  • Any automations or projects created during the course remain the property of the participant
  • The Course Provider may request permission to showcase participant work as case studies (with attribution)

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Personal Information

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course administration
  • Contact details may be used for course-related communications and updates
  • Information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent

6.2 Cohort Communication

  • Participants will be added to a cohort support group
  • Participation in group communications is voluntary
  • Participants may opt-out of group communications at any time

7. Software and Tools

7.1 Third-Party Services

  • The Course utilizes third-party software and services (n8n, AI platforms)
  • Participants are responsible for agreeing to third-party terms of service
  • The Course Provider is not liable for third-party service interruptions or changes

7.2 Post-Course Access

  • One month of AI tool access is included in the course fee
  • Continued access after the course requires separate subscription (approximately $20 USD/month)
  • The Course Provider does not guarantee pricing or availability of third-party services

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer

  • Course content is provided for educational purposes only
  • The Course Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or time savings
  • Results will vary based on individual application and circumstances

8.2 Liability Limit

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Course Provider's total liability is limited to the course fee paid
  • The Course Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • The Course Provider is not responsible for any business decisions made based on course content

9. Health and Safety

9.1 In-Person Sessions

  • Participants attend at their own risk
  • The Course Provider maintains appropriate insurance for venue activities
  • Any health conditions that may affect participation should be disclosed prior to attendance

9.2 Dietary Requirements

  • Catered lunches will accommodate disclosed dietary requirements where possible
  • Special dietary needs must be communicated at least 5 days before the course
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies
  • The Course Provider will assume no liability for adverse reactions to food consumed during the course unless the Course Provider was formerly informed of those dietary restrictions or allergies in writing at least 5 days before the commencement of the course.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

10.2 Dispute Process

  • Any disputes should first be raised directly with the Course Provider via email
  • Parties agree to attempt good faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings
  • Unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between parties regarding the Course.

11.2 Severability

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

11.3 Amendments

The Course Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Registered participants will be notified of any material changes.


By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
